1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CrazyTime. By accessing the CrazyTime platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the CrazyTime platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use CrazyTime, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a CrazyTime employee or contractor.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of CrazyTime services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. CrazyTime relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. CrazyTime will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact CrazyTime support immediately.

• Each person may hold only one CrazyTime account. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
• You must keep your registered details current. Notify CrazyTime promptly if your contact information changes.
• CrazyTime reserves the right to request identity documents at any point to verify the information on your account.
• Accounts registered with false information may be closed without notice and any balance forfeited.

4 Deposits and Payments

CrazyTime supports a range of payment methods suitable for players in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. CrazyTime does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the name on your CrazyTime account, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your CrazyTime account balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. CrazyTime is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or by banking processing times outside of our control.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• CrazyTime does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• CrazyTime reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment method at its discretion.

5 Withdrawals

CrazyTime processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts within hours of the request being submitted during standard operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of standard processing hours may take slightly longer but will be processed on the next available processing cycle.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the CrazyTime KYC verification process. This involves submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered address. The verification process is a one-time requirement for most players. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals do not require you to resubmit documentation unless there is a specific security reason.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• CrazyTime will attempt to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• CrazyTime reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

CrazyTime offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus on CrazyTime, you agree to the applicable terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
• CrazyTime bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage, or other systematic methods will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• CrazyTime reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotions.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on CrazyTime use certified random number generators that have been independently audited for fairness. The RTP figures published on each game page reflect the actual audited return-to-player percentage for that game. CrazyTime does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any individual game round.

Each game on CrazyTime has its own set of rules that govern how the game is played, how winnings are calculated, and how special features operate. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before you play it. CrazyTime support can help clarify game rules if needed, but cannot reverse the outcome of a completed game round on the basis that a player did not understand the rules.

• In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round may be declared void and the stake returned to the player.

• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CrazyTime platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account on CrazyTime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Attempting to launder money or use CrazyTime for any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing CrazyTime staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

CrazyTime reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond. CrazyTime will conduct a review and inform you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. If the suspension is found to be unwarranted, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

You may also request the closure of your own CrazyTime account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal process. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

10 Responsible Gaming

CrazyTime is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
